STEP 1:
Design Your Packaging
Send over your logo, artwork, and color palette so we can discuss about what kind of packaging your customers respond to. Need strong, tightly sealing jars for your concentrates or need to make your vape cart stand out with a shiny box? Our packaging options are made from high quality materials that will impress your customers. We will cover what options are available and how to make your brand stand out.
On May 10th at 9:30 am PST, Sugar Shack will host a free webinar to complete Step 1 with interested clients.
STEP 2:
Choose Your Products
Visit menu.sugarshacku4.com and choose bulk concentrates to package into jars or high terpene extract to formulate into liquid diamond vapes. You can also request free samples to make an informed choice. After choosing your strains, select the total units of each strain to launch your product line with. Then you will receive an itemized invoice to confirm your white labeling order.
STEP 3:
Pay Lab Fees & Deposit
To start your white label order, we need to collect the fees that will be paid to the 3rd-party analytical lab for the Certificate of Analysis. This certificate is required by the State of California and verifies that your products are compliant for retail sale. Additionally, we require a 50% deposit on the remainder of the invoice to cover materials and labor. We can send an ACH payment link through our merchant account to your email or we accept cash, check, and money orders.
After Step 3, we start filling your order. Literally!
STEP 4:
Receive Your Transfer
Once your order is completed and the Certificates of Analysis are released, we will schedule a delivery to your premises. A METRC Transfer will be created and our transporter will have a manifest for to sign once the remainder of the payment is collected. Then you can start stocking the shelves with your products!

Frequently Asked Questions
Can we send Sugar Shack our own packaging?
Yes! You can send in your own jars, lids, mylar bags, stickers, vape carts, and disposable vape hardware as long as they are compliant to the State of California's packaging and labeling regulations. We will review any packaging you send us to ensure it is compliant
How will it take for us to receive our finished products?
It takes about 20 days from Step 1 to Step 4 if we are doing customized stickers, boxes, or bags. If you have your own packaging it may cut down on the time.
Can we source our strains and bulk concentrates?
Yes, you can purchase your own bulk concentrates, high terpene extract, or flower/trim for us to process. As long as the items are originate from a licensed cultivator or distributor, we will be able to receive the transfer in METRC and transport it to our facility.
Can one CoA cover multiple products?
No. One Certificate of Analysis is issued per METRC package ID. Certificate of Analysis requires the 3rd-party lab to send their own technician to randomly sample the complete batch for retail sale.
